With a large stretch of sand and shady pockets you can easily spend the day on the beach with family and friends or laze the afternoon away at the famous Mooloolaba Surf Club enjoying magnificent ocean views.

Mooloolaba is also world-famous for its fresh seafood caught daily by the local fisherman.

There are so many things to do and see in Mooloolaba and in the surrounding area. walk along the coastal path all the way to cotton tree. We are only a 3 minute walk to the famous Underwater world and a 20 minute drive to Australia Zoo. Play on one of the many golf courses that the coast has to offer or take a day trip to the Sunshine Coast Hinterland and visit popular places such as Montville, Maleny or Mapleton.

Mirra Chana has a stunning tropical style heated pool and BBQ area set in its own oasis. Our spacious three bedroom apartments have a choice of terrace, balcony or private rooftop entertaining areas.

CANCELLATION / AMENDMENT & PAYMENT POLICY

LOW SEASON

• Bookings may be cancelled or modified up to 14 days before arrival date free of charge.
• If cancelled within 14 days of arrival a $300 administration fee  will be charged.
• In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
• Balance of Accommodation will be charged 2 weeks prior to arrival.

PEAK & SHOULDER SEASON

• If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
• If cancelled within 30 days of arrival a $500 administration fee will be charged.
• If cancelled within 14 days of arrival 100% of the accommodation tariff will be charged.
• Balance of Accommodation will be charged 2 weeks prior to arrival.
• PLEASE NOTE THAT MIRRA CHANA IS A NON-SMOKING RESORT

E-Vehicle Storage and Charging Restrictions

For safety reasons, the storage and charging of any electric vehicles, including but not limited to e-scooters, e-bikes, and their respective batteries, is strictly prohibited within the basement and building premises. This restriction applies to all types of e-vehicle batteries and charging equipment.
